Job Description:
1Responsible for human resources management, assist the group human resources management system construction, as well as the system landing;
2Responsible for talent motivation, mining, introduction, recruitment and other work;
3Responsible for the implementation of the salary system and performance appraisal;
4Statistics, analysis, forecasting, adjustment and talent pool establishment of various human resources.
51. Be responsible for the signing or renewal of labor contracts, as well as the application and approval procedures for appointment and removal, deployment, dismissal and retirement;
6Responsible for labor safety, employee labor relations, investigation of work-related accidents, aftercare and compensation;
7Other tasks assigned by the Group temporarily.
Requirements:
13. College degree or above, major in human resources is preferred;
2,3-5More than 2 years HR experience;
3Proficient in recruitment, salary, performance appraisal and other work, familiar with the national labor laws and policies;
4Strong communication skills, affinity and pressure resistance, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
