E-commerce customer service
1.Be responsible for the customer service work of Pinduoduo, Jingdong and Tmall stores, receive customers, guide consumption and reach a deal;
2.Follow up and deal with customer after-sales service and other work;
3.Typing speed is fast, can skillfully use the background operation of each system;
4.Strong communication skills, fluent standard Mandarin;
5.Customer service experience in Taobao, Jingdong and Duoduo is preferred.
1Proficient in computer operation, with text input of 40-50 words/min or more;
2Male or female, 18-28 years old, Secondary specialized school degree or above;
3Have strong response, coordination ability and ability to deal with emergency problems independently; good service consciousness, patience and sense of responsibility, active work.
