Job Description:
1. Assist the department to formulate the implementation and compliance of human resources management related systems, as well as the implementation of follow-up and landing;
2. Undertake the hierarchical implementation of the group's organizational performance, the setting of individual performance indicators, performance process monitoring, performance appraisal management and benchmarking of each department;
3. Assist the department to carry out the construction of enterprise culture, as well as the organization, planning and implementation of various activities;
4. Other tasks assigned by the department.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in human resources, administration, etc;
2, 2-3 years of human resources experience, familiar with performance, corporate culture module is preferred;
3, familiar with the construction of human resources system, familiar with the national labor laws and policies;
4, have strong communication skills, have affinity to resist pressure, have a sense of responsibility and team spirit.
