Management Manager (Manufacturing)
1.Assist in the organization and formulation of the company's annual business plan; achieve business management goals and development goals;
2.Organize the establishment and improvement of the group performance management system, the preparation and formulation of the responsibility of the first-level and second-level departments, and make adjustments and improvements in the implementation;
3.Guide the preparation and review of the annual and monthly key work plans of each department, regularly collect, sort out and control the completion of the evaluation plan, and ensure the effective implementation of the company's various systems;
4.Be responsible for early warning and analysis of abnormal situations during the implementation of the plan, and put forward suggestions for adjustment and improvement;If multi-department cooperation is involved, organize special communication meetings to solve the problem; timely discover the company's operation problems and propose solutions to the problems;
5.Assist the group to improve the framework of the process system and implement it, formulate the decentralization plan and decentralization manual of each department, and update and implement it on demand in real time;
6.Establish a work list of major projects of the base and a closed-loop management mechanism for the whole process;
7.Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the Group.
1College degree or above, finance, human resources, administration and other related majors;
2,3-5More than 2 years operation management experience in manufacturing industry;
3Strong communication skills, affinity and pressure resistance, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
