Shunde Junan Base
May 2022 laid the foundation and invested 0.55 billion yuan in construction. It is expected to be officially completed and put into operation in August 2023. Covers an area of 50 acres, the annual design capacity of 1.5 million sets. Construction of 6 high-end intelligent internal machine assembly production lines, 8 high-end intelligent external machine assembly production lines.
Wusha central air conditioning base
In April 2021, Meibo Central Air Conditioning Wusha Central Air Conditioning Base was officially put into use, specifically for the manufacture of commercial air conditioners, household air conditioners, and hot water products. From raw materials into the warehouse, finished products on-line production, finished products off-line storage, warehousing and logistics integration.
Anhui Wuhu Base
On September 29, 2017, Meibo Group invested about 1.08 billion yuan to build Meibo Air Conditioning (Wuhu) Industrial Park in Jiangbei Industrial Concentration Zone, Wuhu, Anhui. It is also the world's first intelligent shared air conditioning manufacturing base, covering an area of 400 acres and an annual production capacity of 5 million sets.
In 2019, Governor Li Guoying visited the Wuhu Intelligent Shared Air Conditioning Manufacturing Base of Meibo and affirmed the development of Meibo, saying, "Meibo is the leading enterprise in Jiangbei Park. We should give strong support to make it bigger and stronger and drive the development of other industries in the park." And it will be included in the Anhui Province 2019 major project database. Subsequently, Deng Xiangyang, member of the Standing Committee of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor of Anhui Province, visited to further implement the relevant measures put forward by Anhui Governor Li Guoying to inspect Meibo Air Conditioning and promote the construction process of Meibo Wuhu Intelligent Shared Air Conditioning Manufacturing Base. On September 23, 2020, Meibo Air Conditioning (Wuhu) Industrial Park was officially completed and put into operation, marking the official transformation of Meibo from manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.
Lejing Anqing Base
Construction began in September 2020, covering an area of 250 mu, with a total investment of 2.2 billion billion yuan. March 6, 2023 completed and put into operation, the first heat pump air conditioner on the same day off the main production of air conditioning two and the whole machine air conditioning products, the annual production capacity of 3 million sets.
Yuexi two-ware production base
The total investment of Meibo Yuexi two-device production base project is 0.5 billion yuan. The first phase of the project covers an area of 25 mu, and the second phase of the project covers an area of about 10 mu. It is the largest two-device production base of Meibo Group. It is mainly responsible for independent research and development. Production of new energy heat exchangers, air conditioning evaporators, condensers, etc. The project was completed and officially put into operation on November 29, 2021, and the annual output value is expected to reach 0.6 billion yuan. The first phase of the project has key equipment including 5 high-speed punches, 6 tube expander, 2 automatic welding lines, 5 tube benders, 1 packer, 2 air compressors and several testing equipment. Phase II plans to increase investment in key equipment in combination with Meibo's actual investment, further increase the company's fixed asset investment, maximize production capacity, and realize the self-supply of most of the core supporting components. It not only ensures the reliability of the production of the key processes of the two devices and the high quality of the products, but also shortens the production period again, laying a solid industrial foundation for the market expansion of Meibo Group.
