Guangdong MBO Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd, located in Foshan city, Guangdong province, and established in 2010, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S MBO Electric Appliances Inc, which is a well-known US company focusing on R&D at special refrigeration equipments in aviation, military field. Guangdong MBO Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd, established in China and relies on US MBO’s technology support, mainly focus on refrigeration equipments’ R&D and manufacturing, products covering residential air conditioners, light commercial air conditioners, air source heat pump water heaters, refrigerators and other HVAC appliances. With years of precipitation and development, Guangdong MBO has grown up to be one of the Top-10 largest air conditioner manufacturers in China.

Guangdong MBO persists in products design concept of "high efficiency, energy saving, comfort and environment-friendly", and widely use US MBO’s world’s advanced technology in general consumer products. In 2017, MBO invested 1.08 billion RMB to establish a new industrial zone named Anhui MBO Intelligent Scientific Co., Ltd at Wuhu, Anhui province, plant area covers over 300,000 square meters and annual production capacity exceeded 5 million sets of air conditioners in 2018, with approaching sharing air conditioner in Chinese market, an as the sponsor of 2018/2019 season for the New Zealand National basketball team, MBO comes to be more famous in local and overseas market.
